I really think that Billy does not know what he wants, I mean I really can'st the fact that he is playing around on Lily's emotions and Chloe is playing around on Cane's!. The cream is going to come to the top because in yesterday's episode 01/21/2009 Chloe and Billy were scared that they were going to get caught!.!.!. and Lily noticed the casual chemisrty between Chloe and Billy, so I think Cane and Lily will find out soon enough!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It seems more than obvious that he is having second thoughts about not admitting that he knows he is the father of her baby to it least Chloe, but I also think he has true feelings for Lilly too so that's why he hasn't said anything to Cane or Lilly!.
He probably knows that Cane will leave Chloe and Lilly will dump him and they will go running back to each other if he does, so he's not saying anything just yet!.
I think sooner or later keeping quiet will get to be too much for him and he will blurt out the truth or it least I hope so!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, I think the writers are wanting us to see both sides of Billy!.
For alot of us who know Billy and watched Y&R for years, we know that he is not a bad guy!. Remember how he was with Makenzie before they found out that they are related!. Thats when he turned and started gambling and womanizing!. So for a lot of new viewers or even as a reminder to us old viewers, that Billy is a decent guy, he wants to do the right thing!. Remeber he is Jack's little brother, the apple didnt fall to far from the tree with these 2!. By the way is it just me or can you see a striking resemblence between those 2, Billy and Jack!?
I love this new Billy, he has just the right amount of *********,hotness and sweetness to round him out!
But I do agree with you!.!.!.!.I think he was really into Chloe at one point until he found out that she was a nut job!. So now that she is preggers with his child I think he will adventually step up and do the right thing because he does care for her!.
