Sitcoms that never answered obvious questions......?!

Question: Sitcoms that never answered obvious questions!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
One thing that always irked me was when TV sitcoms would never answer the obvious questions that the viewers had to be asking in their minds!. In the 60's classic Hogan's Heroes, I always wondered why the Germans spoke English when it was just they talking, why they never explained why Ivan Dixon's character "Kinch" was gone in the final season, and what finally happened to the gang at Stalag 13 when Germany surrendered!? Happy Days originally had a son named Chuck in the original season, but you never saw nor heard about him again afterwords!. Family Matters did the same with their youngest daughter come the fourth season!. When Florida Evans returned to the series Good Times, they never explained what had happened to the guy she had married before having just left the show!. The year after Freddie Prinze Sr!. committed suicide, NBC tried to keep Chico and the Man going with a younger orphaned hispanic youth!. The only reason they finally addressed what happened to the original Chico was because the fans of the show wrote a ton of letters demanding that they just not push it under the table!. Is it just me, or does this sort of thing peeve you too, and, if it does, can you think of other series where they left obvious questions unanswered!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

It doesn't bother me a bit because I know they are all fiction and therefore they could make up whatever the writer wants!. After all you don't remember the space man from Ork on Happy Days!? That was really believable!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Sometimes shows are unexpectedly canceled after having done so well for so long and when they're yanked it lets all the air out of them like a flat tire so they episodes they had been meaning to get to, for the end of the series, just didn't have the funding and sponsors and they just ceased to care!. Hogan's Heroes, with Schultz, I know nothing, and Family Ties, and Happy Days addressed a lot of current social issues at the time, in the 80's or even the one in the 60's I believe!. They should be running on TV Land now, if you get that channel!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
