How can i watch MTV online?!

it keeps saying i cant watch it because i dont live in America, is there any programme that will block where my computers coming from so i can watch the hills etc!.!.!.!.
also do you know a good website to watch American dad online (watchamericandadonline!.com, doesnt work properly and doesnt have the new episodes)
