Cold Case lovers, PLEASE help??!!?!

I saw an episode the other day and it had a song in it that I absolutely love and it brought back memories and I've been trying to find that song for a long time now!. It was the episode where a teacher got murdered in what the police deemed an "interrupted car jacking" but one student didn't believe that!. Her name was Laura and she was shot by a fellow teacher outside the school, but they kept blaming the one mexican kid!.
