Yes she does its towards the end of series 2!. Gwen wakes up with this alien thing inside her which makes her look like she's pregnant, lol, very funny episode, lots of "shotgun wedding" jokes!.

Among the wedding guests is the alien's mother who is a shape shifter & has made herself look like a human woman!. The alien mother is waiting for the egg in Gwen's body to reach the point where it's ready to be born & she plans to rip the thing right out of Gwen's body!.
