It is certainly an irritating story line!. I realize it's a soap opera and they couldn't possibly write a situation where things work out but good grief, some of this story line is just plain goofy!. First off that kid is not just Starrs it's Coles too!. If she doesn't want it that's her thing but he should definetly be able to raise his own kid if he wants to!. Secondly to bring in Marcie as a viable adoptive parent is insane!. She did after all, kidnapp her baby brother and hold her aunt at gun point!.It's not like Star or Cole either one would be alone and in poverty raising this kid!. I would think she would think of giving it to family before giving it to the McBains!. The Cramers are supposed to be all about family loyalty and all!. Another thing that irritates me is how they make a huge deal about Todd being an unfit parent because his son was strapped in the front seat instead of a child seat to the point of taking the kid away which Starr was quick to use to throw in her dads face but yet here we are talking about giving a child to a woman who snapped, kidnapped a baby and held someone hostage and at gunpoint with the baby present!. I mean drama is one thing but utter stupidity is another!. It almost makes me want to quit watching when the story lines loose any resemblance to logic!. They really could have shown the difficulties of teen pregnancy without doing away with all common sense!. But you know what's funny!? I can't believe the number of people on here that think that Cole should have no say in what happens to his own kid!. That's ridiculous!. And the McBains!.!.!.after what Macie did, in my book should just get a dog!. I think adoption is out of the question for them and especially not from the very family that she victimized!. And Starr should be ashamed not to think more of her dad than that!. She should know how hurtful it would be to him for her to give his grandchild to them after what happened!. No matter what has happened between them since she and Cole began dating, he always loved her and took care of her and HE IS HER FATHER, period!. You just don't do something like that to your dad!. I am certainly ready for this whole scenario to be done with as well!. It makes NO common sense whatsoever!. I mean, the whole thing started out with Todd raising back as if he were going to hit Starr!. That's just too out of character!. This was a man who would move heaven and earth and probably die for her and he's going to strike her because she sasses him!? Yeah I agree with you!. I thought at first that it was going to be a good story and they would go somewhere good with it but now it's just getting more retarded by the day!. I was hoping that she would keep it and be with Cole and eventually Marty would come back and then the her, cole, starr and the baby would be a big happy family!. i actually really like the storyline!. if you really listen to everything it is teaching people a lot of different lessons!. it has its ups and downs!. i am really sick of rex and gigi!. gigi needs to get over herself and rex just needs to go back to adrianna where he belongs!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
