I'd have to say the Fraggles, though I think the Wombles were physically bigger and they probably built up fairly good muscles sweeping away all the rubbish from Wimbledon Common!
The Fraggles could always call on the help of those little guys with hard hats (what were they called!?!?!?) and if that failed they could lure the Wombles into a trap (which would of course involve the giants)!.

The fraggles could get the doozers to block off the wombles burrow/lair and starve them out!. The wombles in their weakened state would be no match for the fraggles who are all in prime physical condition from all the somesalts/swiming and fleeing the gorgs!.

The wombles would definately have the upper hand early on, but the strength in numbers of the fraggles would even it out mid-fight!. The fraggles would then strike a fatal blow by calling on the services of their muppet friends to finish off the hapless wombles!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
