Get Smart with Don Adams!. It was either the opening or ending credits (I think that it was during the end credits) where they show doors closing behind him!. He turns around to go back towards where he came from and one of the doors shuts just as he gets there, thus closing on his nose!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Your husband is most likely talking about the original Get Smart show where Don Adams gets his nose caught in the doors of the Control elevator!. It was not on the original 1965 or the following seasons, perhaps after when it was done by ABC in the 80's and rather than the opening I remember it was in the closing credits!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Think it had a talking horse called Mr Ed who could twitch his nose and make his mother in law appear and a sergeant who was always on the make called Bilko who had a friend called Bert who could disappear by clicking his fingersWww@Enter-QA@Com
