Ryan was accused of fraud by the Federal Trade Commission!. The charge against him was double posting sales!. If a client purchased paper online, the sale was being posted as both an online sale AND as a "brick and mortar" sale!. He was supposedly doing this to make the company look as though it was performing better than it actually was!. Since Dunder Mifflin is a publicly-held company (one with stockholders), this would be considered fraud against the company and potential investors!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
