I had high hopes for Catherine Tate before the series began, since I know that she is an excellent dramatic actress, and she certainly hasn't disappointed me!. She is just getting better and better as the series continues!. Her role as the Doctor's conscience in many way reminds me of my all-time favourite companion Sarah Jane Smith!.
Sarah Jane is due to appear in the last couple of episodes of this series, so it will be very interesting to see how she and Donna interact if they meet up!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Rose- was great but I dunno if bringing her back would be a good idea- the explanation better be damn good, like I know sci fi anything can happen but I hate when they just seem to make up really far fetched explanations so something can happen or to explain plot holes
Martha- she was good- but I do find her quite irritating at times, there's just something so proper about her, and her idolisation of doctor a little pathetic!.!.!.!. I know we all do it, but still, it was most annoying, plus I really didn't like her in torchwood!.!.!. dynamics didn't work and it just seemed a bit gratuitous!.!.!.!.
Donna- didn't think I'd like her but she's actually working quite well, my only problem is major character change that makes no sense- it had to be done I understand, but the kind of "idiot" from runaway bride, to this genius who's figuring everything out do to her temp work is a bit much!.!.!. I mean occasionally figure it out, but she seems to be solving the problems every week
I've enjoyed all the companions!.!.!.!.despite my above negativity!.!.!. and I am looking forward to seeing Rose, and Donna is doing a great job and I did enjoy Martha's series!.!.!. reallyWww@Enter-QA@Com

Dona, Dona, Dona…… What is there to say about Dona…!.!. Thank goodness they brought back Martha! I can’t wait for next Friday, here in the US they’re finally showing The Sontaran Stratagem!.

Well, I will anyway, the companion is supposed to be the person that the audience can relate to!. By sticking Dona in the TARDIS, they’ve said, hey, let’s put in someone the idiots can relate to! Of course, I’m still talking about The Runaway Bride here!.
After watching Partners In Crime, I will say I was really surprised!. She’s not as big an idiot as she once was!
Sadly she still gets on my nerves at times and I really hope she decides not to stick around!. And I really wish that they would not bring back Rose!. I thought she was stuck “permanently”!. Didn’t the Doctor close the gap, sealing it “PERMINANTLY”!?

I ADORE Donna! She is perfect for the Doctor in every way!. She is funny, she has got guts, she is clever and a problem solver and she isn't madly in love with him! I had high hopes for Catherine from the start (I loved her performance in Runaway Bride) and she hasn't let me down yet!
