Rachael Ray UGHHH?!
Question: Does anyone else find her EXTREMELY annoying??? I fond her painful to watch and get embarrassed for the guests on her show because she is annoying and won't let them get a work in edgewise! My fiance thinks shes gorgeous, but won't watch her unless the volume is all the way down! Shes not even a real chef- she got lucky. I cannot stand her squeaking raspy voice and annoying chatter any longer. Her little catch phrases like YUMMO and EVOO are disgraces to the food industry! Am I alone in this??

If there was no pasta, garlic or "samies", what would she cook? I'm sick of her.
I tottally agree with you! she just like has this huge smile and she is tottally fake and she is like on all the cerael boxes
She is to darn chipper and happy all the time. Drives me nuts! I used to like her.. now she is everywhere on every channel! Yes you are NOT alone!!! But unfortunalty I think we are the minority!

i love rachael ray! yeah she might not be a real chef but shes made so much out of herself! i don't understand how her vocabulary is a disgrace to anyone.give me a break! if you aren't a fan don't watch her shows
Yes, I can not stomach watching her for more than a few minutes. Her voice really grates on me! The EVOO gets me too, it annoys me so much!
She talks to much when she has a guest that makes her giddy. I remember when she had Dustin Hoffman on. She made such a fool of herself!
I totally agree. she looks like a man kinda. and have you ever noticed she has "man hands" ? hahaha ido all the time and she annoys me soo bad. shes a man with long hair to me lol
I started watching her on Food Network's 30 minute meals, and I thought she was very helpful and knowledgable. I do not care for her in the talk-show venue, however.
She has come a long way.
Then don't watch. She doesn't claim to be a "real" chef. Plus, you're in the wrong Category. How annoying is that?

She never claimed to be a chef....she is one hell of damn good cook though and you can't say otherwise. She can cook and she has a lot of great ideas and so what if she has her own lingo. Don't watch it. I hate how other degrade people when they are successful...what are you jealous? :)
I bet you can't cook like that...she even has her own recipe book so I would say that you don't know what you talking about. Rock on to Racheal Ray!!! You are a bunch of haters...what because shes happy all the time. That is the dumbest thing I have heard.
well i think she is a good chef or whatever but i don't know her personally and if i did i might grow to like her but i just watch her show to get good recipes not to find a shopping buddy and someone could say i was annoying so judging someone by a show not who we know them by is sort of wrong and i think her cheery attitude may ease the pressure of an otherwise nervous guest and i think you question is interesting but other than ideas on how to cook i don't watch her show and maybe you should try watching Emerald or Paula Dean
I liked Rachael Ray BEFORE she got big.
If you watch her old shows, she wasn't like she is now at all--she was fairly normal...still upbeat but not annoyingly so. I think that now she tries WAY too hard on all her shows. She's gotten lucky and has worked hard, but I think as the years go on she's starting to alienate her old fans.
She's also not a big fan with her employees who call her extremely demanding and a total diva--many have quit all at the same time because of her attitude.
I like Rachael. LIke someone above said, if she's so annoying to you and you think she can't cook, why on earth do you watch? Rachael's making millions, so something's working for her. Go Rachael!! I like the way she cooks.
I also can't stand her voice. She is way too manic!
