Question: i have always wondered even though i know the show is not real is it possible for a plastic surgeon to know as many surgical procedures as christian and Sean on the show? they seem to have no boundaries

I have wondered that myself - but I think they are supposed to be the top plastic surgeons, and really most of what they do is plastic surgery related, so sure... maybe... but really, what I think is funny is how people go to them for plastic surgery for things that would naturally heal in a few weeks, like road rash or a black eye... that's just lame.
Those characters on that show - OMG they are insane.
I think you have to pick a speciality after you learn a little of everything.
