Never have before Sweet Judy but yesterday after breakfast with TS I walked for 4 hours exploreing the waterfront and some parks herein S'pore and the heat got to me likeshe said.I just lied down for a few minutes to rest and woke up a hour later-of course I didn't tell her'it would ruin my macho image-don't tell her I'm getting old!

I do when I work early shifts and get up at 5am I have a nap for an hour when I get home.
I try my best to...even though I am having a hard time getting comfortable.
Usually if I stay up late or have down time I take a nap or atleast rest for a while.

I love napping in the middle of the day, but then i cant' get to sleep at night and I can't wake up the next day so I end up having being tired all day then taking a nap and it happens over and over.

Sometimes when I'm watching something boring and usually stay awake cause I might miss something good.
No because my three year old daughter doesn't let me. lol
When I can, a quick 15 min nap can really give you an energy boost believe it or not.
It is quite refreshing.
As a matter of fact some companies abroad recommend it for employees a 15 min nap that is because they find it helps to keep them more alert during the afternoon and evening .

I usually don't but today I wore myself out I had to have a nap. My day started at 6 am and I had to drive 296 KLMs with my daughters hyper foster child to a doctors appointment. I was whipped. He is still bouncing off the walls.
