Hey, I was just at a taping two days ago... it lasts about three or four hours.. I got there at four and the show probably started around five. We were all done a little after 8. Those were some of the LA auditions though, I'm not entirely sure how long a taping in the regular season lasts, a few hours atleast would be my guess. =)
