Is there anyone out there writing an Soap Opera? I need to know, because I'm!
Question: I'm writing an Soap Opera called "Reflections," first I'm writing As a serial novel and later in hopes of getting it on television
One day, it's going to be a Soap Opera that will either air in the
Daytime or the nighttime, I think daytime is kinda better, Because storylines get a chance to roll on, not like in Primetime because they have to end things on a cliffhanger
In mid-season, I'm deciding to make my soap be a nighttime
Drama, but if I do that I would do something entirely different
With my Story they would be no season or series finale or
Premiere for that matter and I would be the one person to do
Something that nobody has ever done before in Television,
And that is air an Daytime or Nighttime Soap Opera with an
Essemble cast and it would be centered a Production Company, around the lives of those working at the company.
I don't mean to sound like I'm repeating myself, but I am just
Getting the creative bug in me to come up with this idea, I
Have it too.

i guess no one here is a writer for a soap. in high school the writing bug bite me. i used to write chapters for this teen mystery book i started...kinda a sweet valley high meets hardy boys with murder and intrigue. every week i would make my friends read the latest chapter in the saga. they really liked it and would ask me for spoilers and get upset with me if i killed a character they liked. jus talking about it is making me wanna get back into writing.
