Day's fans?!
Question: i keep hearing all the talk that the show may be cancelled. just out of curiosity where is this info coming from? i haven't read about it yet, though i don't really read the day's spoilers. also wouldnt you think if Passions, of all shows was picked up by a new station, that someone else would without a doubt pick up days?

That show was been on for over 40years. It is not going to be cancelled. So many people love Days. NBC would be hated. Don't believe it until you see it for yourself.
they need Stepheno back on action /with John mission the show will not be cancel.
NBC would be crazy to cancel a show that's watched by that many people. When I turn the TV on, I tune to NBC and leave it on that station to watch the news at noon and Days at 2. All other shows just make background noise for me while I'm doing other things. What follows Days is also either background noise for me or I tune to a different station.
If Days didn't come on, you could be quite certain that I'd have the TV on a different station!
I haven't heard anything about it being cancelled. However, I do know that in April the shows switches time slots. It will be airing one hour earlier.
I wouldn't concern myself with it being cancelled though, Passions wasn't on the air nearly as long as Days. It's been airing since the 60s
There are alwayd rumors in the soap mags about that b/c DAYS ratings have been shaky but they have been getting rid of people to save money to try to have that not happen.
I read somewhere that it would be going off the air maybe next year. I can't remember where, though. And they are supposedly starting now wrapping up storylines and deciding what's going to happen to who. I wondered if that's why Belle and Shaun D are taking the baby and sailing off into the sunset now, of all times! Hope it's not true, cause I've watched DOOL since Julie was a teenager!
I have watched Days for years on and off. Recently I got back into it, and it always the same storylines. How many times can Stefano go after the Brady family? I thought with all the young actors and actresses on the show, together with the veterans, they could have come up with something more interesting.
