Why was the HBO show Carnivàle cancelled?!
Question: no way, that show was sooo not boring. you guys probably like a lot of reality tv and/or csi type shows where everything is revealed and everyone lives happily ever after at the end of the episode.
carnivale was cancelled because it cost over $1,000,000 per episode. it didn't help that it didn't have the same ratings as american idol or anything.
i miss that show terribly. if that hadn't been cancelled, it would've been so incredible. it wouldve been way better than LOST.

Same reason everything gets cancelled. Nobody watches it. Sorry, honest truth..........
Probably because it was crap, I can't say I'm speaking with any conviction because I never really watched it but HBO are not alone in cancelling shows, there have been a whole load of shows produced by Fox which I think are ok but get the chop because they don't score 100 million ratings or whatever.
It wasn't very good and the ratings fell ??
