At first, I though he was redeemable. In fact, I hoped that Annie was the nutty one, and had blamed Richie for everything she'd done, or she was just delusional. Now, though, he's a puke.

He's a lost cause. He's heartless and responsible for people's deaths....back from his childhood. He's just cruel.

I think that he is redeemable, but he has a long way to go. And because of that, it's time for him to leave the show. I'm actually not very into Annie, so maybe they can die at the same time - similar to Leo and Vanessa.
He hasn't done anything too dastardly yet, he's just been nasty, so I think he can be redeemed. He hasn't killed anyone, but the way the character is going someone may kill him. The question is will the writers send him that way.
