Noriega definitely sounds like a Filipino surname. And Danny definitely looks like a Filipino. (I should know. I'm a Filipino like you are, sweetie.) But no, I doubt he is. Haven't heard or read anything about it, and I'm pretty sure Ramiele's the only one this season with our very precious Philippine blood.
