How do i whistle reallly loud? like when on movies they put finers in their mout!

It took me a while to learn this, and make sure that you practice outdoors! Here's how I learned it:
1. Touch the tips of your middle finger and thumb together. (It makes a circle.)
2. Open your mouth, and place them up against the underside of your tongue so that the tip of your tongue curls upward toward the roof of your mouth. (Make sure to leave a space between the tongue and roof.)
3. Tighten your mouth/purse you lips as if you are trying to whistle regularly, forcing the air through the space between the tongue and roof.
It takes a lot of practice, but if you keep trying you can get it. I find that the way you hold your lips while you blow is the key. The tighter the better.
