In Lost Tv show, Kate&Jack or Sawyer's baby?!

It was Claire's baby Aaron. I think that means Aaron is the 5th person of the Oceanic 6. On the podcast, the producers mentioned that we would find out 5 and 6 soon, but it would be tricky, which would make sense that it Aaron is one.
When Kate said she "knew Jack didnt want to see the baby" I think it was supposed to make you think it was Sawyer's. That would be the obvious thing though and Lost never does the obvious.
Neither it is Aaron, which is Claire's Baby.

It seems that it is Aaron-Claires' baby and Kate is now raising him.

Kate is not pregnant. The baby is Aaron, Claires baby boy. I'm guessing that means that Claire ain't one of the Oceanic 6, but Aaron is.
