This is probably a stupid question but does Patrick know the baby is his?!

I think he knows but doesnt want to say anything until Robin actually says the words. Kinda like... If I dont say it out loud it isnt true. The way he stuck up for her with the new doctor defending Robin's baby made me think that he might have a clue after overhearing Mac and Robin talking

no, Robin hasn't told him yet, but I think he suspects something, and is picking her for info to see what she tells him.
He doesn't know for sure, but he is asking her random questions to find out. Also, he knows that the condom broke, so I'm pretty sure he has a good idea that the baby's his. Personally I think he'll be a great father!! I think he's gonna find out this week!!!
Robin hasn't told him but unless he is totally clueless, he should at least suspect by now. Broken condom, pregnant girlfriend, he is a brain surgeon, figure it out Patrick!

We saw him eavesdropping but we don't know id he actually heard the words about him or just part of it! It is coming though, the new soap mags said she tells him.

No! He still thinks that robin went to the sperm bank and that is how she got pregnant. But - she is suppose tell Patrick sometime this week that the baby that she is carrying is his. If she goes through with it at all. I don't know how more dense he can get. It doesn't take a genus to figure it how. The condom broke when they were sleeping together. And - she got knocked up by that one night of passion together. Plus - its not like she goes sleeping with everyone like he does.
I read in Soap Opera Digest that he(Patrick) doesn't know he's the father of the baby Robin's carrying. But I'm sure he'll know soon enough!
He didn't want a baby, but Robin does. So we'll see how things go.
I agree with Barbie. I think he's beginning to think about the possiblility. He's more protective of her now too--seems odd that when they were together he didn't give much about her opinions now he's defending her all the time
