Why did the original Greenlee leave All my Children?!
Question: She left looking for greener pastures. She didn't find any. She got small roles in L.A., but nothing steady. Her husband is staying in CA and Rebecca moved back to NYC when AMC offered her the Greenlee job back. Sabine (the second Greenlee) was fired and Budig got her job back. Kind of a slap in the face to Sabine. Guess Rebecca doesn't care if she takes a job away from anyone.

She wanted to persue other projects. The really popular one's often leave to try and make it doing something else. If it's doesn't succeed, they come back. Cameron Matheson (Ryan) did the same thing.

She married Bob from The bachelor and bachelorette shows on abc. And she wanted to persue other things in her career. Im glad shes back but I also miss the other girl, and i had really started to like her. :(
