What does Philip have over Chloe on Days Of Our Lives?!

He investigated into her life in Vienna because he was suspicious of why she came back to Salem, the mysteriousness of her breakup with Brady, etc. Now she needs his help to keep her from getting arrested by the Vienna police so she asked for his help. He asked her what she could possibly do for him in return and then he thought of something. They didn't get to what that is yet but I think he's going to have her help break up Shawn and Belle.
