Question: Did anyone watch 'the street' last week about a bloke who when he was a kid he accidentally killed his nieghbour and ended up burying a baby that it turned out was still alive?, It was so upsetting, I think probably cos I have a 1 year old grandchild and storylines like that make you think - incredibly powerful writing, I am so dissapointed that I missed the rest of the series

whats wrong with all you peopled out there,get a life, don't you think there is enough doom and despondency in real life, unplug that box and plug your selves into REAL life, whats happened to HAPPINESS. look on the bright side of life and maybe the world will be a better place for everybody.

I thought that the series as a whole was great, but last weeks episode was truly compelling.
Absolutely fantastic writing by Jimmy McGovern.
All the stories in that series are so believable, they could all happen to anyone at anytime. Best series i have seen in a long time.
