Heroes: When Sylar kills someone???!

I was wondering about the same thing every time Sylar kills someone. Anyway, I think that he eats a certain part of the brain that has the powers (or something like that). Remember in Season 1, Dr. Chandra Suresh told Sylar that a certain part of the brain controls/contains the power that the individual owns. Therefore, every time he kill someone, he'll eat that part of the brain. Or at least I think that what he does. Hopefully, they will show or answer this soon.
He takes thier power from it.

MY FAMILY AND I WERE ARGUING ABOUT THIS YESTERDAY!!! And we couldn't come to a conclusion.
The show does not make it clear. We're pretty sure he doesn't EAT the brain (yuck) but that being said, what does he do with it? Keep it? Absorb it somehow?
Who knows? Probably not even the writers.
they have not shown, probably to heavy for the audience?? or will that come out in season two??
there really isnt an answer to that. no one knows i dont even think the producers of the show know what he does. so thats just a quistion that can't be answered until they show it on the show. they possible wont show beecause it might just be to disturbing to be seen in television.
I am really hoping they are going to answer this question later on in the show, because it's been bothering me since we found out about him.
I also really want to know how he discovered that he could get their powers by cutting their head open and doing whatever it is he does with their brain. Did he just decide to try cutting their head open and see what happened???

In Landslide second from last episode of Heroes season 1, Molly Walker can locate others with superpowers and says to Mohinder that the Boogeyman (Sylar) can come after you, take and eat your brain and take that power. But we still have to see if Sylar takes part of the brain that controls there powers i.e. flight or telekinesis and eat it.

Sylar aggressively pursues evolved humans and removes their brains. At present, it's unclear exactly what Sylar does with the brains he takes, but it's clear that he must obtain the reasonably intact brains of evolved humans in order to steal their powers.
We don't know. He probably just removes it and studies it and then gets rid of it. After all, the human brain weighs about 3 pounds, which is a lot to eat. Also, in at least one episode in S2 (I don't know if you're in the US or not, so I don't want to spoil anything) he kills someone and we see him with blood all over his hands but none on his face, which implies he doesn't eat the brain.
