DWTS - Why does Mel B always pat Tom Bergerons behind?!!?!
Question: She has done this a few times over the last few weeks (although I didn't notice it last night). WHY is she doing this? I just wonder if I missed something (like a running joke) because sometimes this show does not have my full attention.

I don't remember why she started doing it, but yes I think it was very inappropriate and it really got on my nerves. If the host had groped her it would have been harrassment.
Inappropriate? No way. She's been doing it basically the whole season and Maks even joined in after a while. It was all just joking around. I found it rather hilarious.

It started as a joke! And it is something fun between Mel and Tom. If it was an issue...I am sure Tom would touch upon it behind the scenes and it would stop.
Just having fun!.....No different then the bare chests...and the skimpy dresses!!!!! ANd cameron taking his shirt off last night and giving it to Samantha!!!!
It was her way of telling Tom that he needed to loosen up, and it continued on as a running joke where eventually Maks started doing it and even kissing Tom.
I felt it was Mel's way of letting loose, but the first time it was kinda cute, but after a while it started getting on my nerves and becoming tacky.
