TV Show " Hell's Kitchen Is Gordon Ramsey a tyrant?!

Question:

TV Show " Hell's Kitchen Is Gordon Ramsey a tyrant?

Why do these people put themselves through this? What do you think of Gordon Ramsey and the people that participate in the competition?

Answers: I think Gordon Is great! He tells them how it is. On "Hell's Kitchen" he's trying to get the best chef who has potential. On "Kitchen Nightmares" OMGosh it makes me wonder where the health inspectors have been and why are they getting paid for not doing their job. I think the show is great. I also like His "F Word" show on the BBC. His wife and kids have been on that show and you see a different side to him. He's an 'ole softy. I like him. Wish I could find some of his cookbooks.
He is so freaken funny when he calls someone "You big Cow"lol or "Donkey" Cannot stand Gordon Ramsey. Dont know why people put themselves through that. Personally, I think Ramsey is just a chef trying to help struggling restaurant owners on the brink of closure. When you find as many health hazards as Ramsey finds in those seemingly hopeless restaurants, it can be a little frustrating. Oh, please... Gordon is a professional.

The guy know his shite.

And to Snowlady, let's see you eat at one of those cockroach and fly infested, spoiled food serving restaurants.

Gordon is doing them and the community a favor by helping them out, AND their businesses thrive 100% after he steps in to lend his assistance.

You need to get your facts straight. I don't know why they do that oh that's right because there restaurants suck and the need help and hes the man to do it they need boot camp have you seen some of those nasty kitchens he has been in. He has helped. Gordon is one smart cookie. I watch all the Hell's Kitchen shows. Hope a new one will start soon. Sometimes it takes some harsh treatment (and words) to get to the best. I personally would not submit myself to the punishment but I am not in the resturant business if you watch the British version of Kitchen Nightmares you will realize that his persona on Hell's Kitchen is a bit of an act...

He still tells it like it is but he doesn't yell and scream as much... He's being tough because it puts the contestants in check, and it makes them mess up less. That is why he is the way he is. The people take the crap, because they want to succeed by having their own restaurant.
