When is the 2nd season PRISON BREAK will be released?

I haven`t seen the 2nd season yet, I`ll be waiting the release of the dvd and soon will be on fox the 3rd season!!! I don`t understand why is not yet out the second season!!! please someone tell me when I can get this dvd!!!!
