Most of our highly paid members can't say any more than 20 words without a .... ah! ehem! Umm! eh! mm! .....maybe they should spend some of our money on elocution lessons, about half of their comments include these words.

Can you imagine how bad it is going to get in the next 10 years or more. What, with exam passes going through at 30%, re-sat as many times until it is passed!, lessons balanced on how to intergrate respectively with Europe, languages based on urdu, Mandarin or Asian based, and you have a society in regression.
