I'm looking for the name of this Taggart episode?

Taggarts been a bit of an institution in my house since I was a kid and there was this one particular episode that I really liked..

there was a doll in it that was placed at the scene of each crime and every time it came on there was this horrid high pitched music kind of like scratchy violins and the dolls eyes and mouth lit up. There was also one of those knives that are thrown, theyre kind of circular but not and this was how the people in it were killed. I think it was sort of set at a health club or something and the deaths were sort of centred around this one family.

Pretty grim I know but it was a good episode and I wanna find out what it was
