BBC Licence fee - unfair? How come we have to pay for their poor programming?

Does anyone else object to paying a fee for such crap as how to solve a problem like maria and dance x or is it just me? Taking the p*ss or what?
I'd get a fine if I didn't pay but nobody fining them for this sh*t!

I dfon't have a problem with the other channels, why would I sell my TV? the fee isn't for the other channels its solely for the BBC - we should be able to opt out of their programming

Dear Oh Dear, I thought it was only me who thought the tele was getting worse, as you say, its all talentless shows, so called dramas, ( when its not a bedroom scene, they are screaming and swearing at each other) and interviews with somebody who has just wrote a book, and the Beckhams. (mind you them idiots would make any body swear)
What happened to the good stuff :-Minder, Fools and Horses,
etc, where families could watch television without being
embarresed. If you used such language in a public place you could be fined, but they can use foul language on the tele why?
