I have Sirius Sporster 4 already, and want get the Stiletto 10. Do I still have to pay an additional montly fee of $12.99 and also the activation fee, or is it cheaper?

You have to pay to activate it ($10 or whatever it is), but the monthly subscription on your additional radio will only be $6.95/month
