Question: Do you have a Job dealing with the public and have you ever been abused and dished it back!?
I for one could not handle directly dealing with them, i would probably get sacked within the first week, tell me your story, i am interested to hear what you have to say!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

yes i do and i try to set them straight without getting on thier level!. like i worked at a bakery and a woman was upset because we didnt have a product she wanted, she then asked me to slice her loaf of bread in our bread slicer in the bakery!. i sliced the bread and the slices werent perfectly staright, because slices seperate a little depending on the type of bread being sliced!. she saw my manager helping a different employee and then tried to started saying that she couldnt serve the bread that way because it was all bent!. i would not give a customer a product if i had messed it up i would go get a new loaf of bread!. i proceeded to tell her that her bread was perfectly fine and was not bent!. my manger watched this and when she saw that my manager did not object she said okay and walked away!. she just wanted to make a ruckus for no reason!. then when she didnt get away with it, she had to hang her head down and walk off into the sunset!. many people (lonely housewives) would come to our store and try to start drama and try to get people fired, because they are miserable in their lives and want to see someone else worse off then them!. they dont care that these employees are here to make a better life and feed their kids!. i think employees who deal with people should not take crap, they shouldnt act like the customers, but they can certanly put them in their place!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
LOL OMG!!! I was a server at a restaurant and customers can be so rude!.!.!.even if you are trying your hardest to be nice and friendly!.!.!.!.!.One night we were REALLY busy and I had the most experience of the employees working that night!.!.!.!.The cook was fairly new and was having a hard time keeping up with orders!.!.!.!.I had the dishwasher go out front and help cook!.!.!.!.!.One of my customers had the nerve to leave me spare change for a tip!!! I was busting my butt too!!! I followed her outside and stood there as she cussed me!.!.!.!.!.using the F word in front of her young daughter!.!.!.!.I never said anything back to her!.!.!.!.!.I just turned around and walked off!.!.!.!.!.As I walked off I threw the change up in the air and kept walking!.!.!.!.She had left a nasty note with the change and then called management the following day and told her that I threw the change AT her!.!.!.!.I didn't!.!.!.!.Anyway I got like three days suspension from my job for it!.!.!.I was so mad!.!.!.!.!.I guess I am done with my story!.!.!.!.Hope I didn't rant too much!.!.!.!.ENJOY!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
