Question: Poll: What do YOU think I should do!?
Ok I'm staying up for 24 hours to adjust my sleep schedule!. I'm hitting what used to be my "normal" bedtime!. I'm oh so tired and need ideas on how to stay awake and not get groggy!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

however, I will say what you are doing wont work! Your body needs sleep the best way is to gradually bring yourself back a few hours at a time!.
Your body will want to sleep for extra hours and catch up from staying up, which when you try to go to bed again, you wont get up!.
Go to bed a few hours before you really want to have your new bed time!.
So if you want to sleep at 10 pm normally, go to bed at around 6 or 7pm after staying up for long hours
You will get up earlier enough that you will be tired the next day at 10pm, but have those extra hours of sleep that your body should not feel like it needs to catch up all week!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

drink coffee or something with caffeine in like coke
also keep active dont just sit there that will make you more tired
motivated yourself to stay awake and believe you can do it
