chocolate, crisps anything high in sugar or egg and bacon. When i get munchies (which is quite often) i eat loads!

Well I think you have munchies b-cuz your eating the wrong things...JUNK FOOD lab processed foods filled with sugar, salt, preservatives that make no sense Anyways try to eat strawberries, melon, once in a while peanut butter and jelly with low fat milk.... a cereal with fruits or raisins. That is what I eat when I have the munchies or walnuts with raisins like a trail mix Mmmmm peaches with grapes and apples yummm!
That will fill you up and drink water. Good Luck an lay off the mars bars and chips or whatever it's noooo good for you just once a while and I mean like once a week and watch out for the portion size.
I eat some chocolates
skittles or I chew gum
steak and mashed potatoes. .... ice cream works well too. anything oily just goes down good in the throat. A good smoke afterwards feels so good.

everything fatty and sugery, if you have this prob offen maybe try and eat fruit or carrot skicks cos your gonna end up fat and have serious health probs.
