MTV sucks, vh1 at least plays music.
I like both. Mtv has great programs like True Life. VH1 has more entertaining shows like I Love the 90's series and crap shows like Flavor of Love and I Love Ny.

For music, VH1. MTV is more up-to-date.
For Entertainment, VH1. All it talks about is celeb gossip. I like MTV because of shows like Made and True Life. It more for the teen variety.

um i actually like both but a couple of my friends hate mtv. i love reality television so i like mtv for the most part. hilarious and high entertainment value. vh1 is pretty much the same though. i dont know its not like i devote a significant amount of my time resenting mtv or vh1 as if it really matters....if i dont like something...i turn the channel...or get off my *** and do something else.
