Do you volunteer for things or wait to be asked?!
Question: Sawman, this is how it is... I volunteer for things, but also have things I am not stupid enough to volunteer for. Why? Because I have either volunteered for them before and was sorry or because I have done the same thing so many times that I am sick of it. : )
I still volunteer every Monday night at the shelter and have done that for four years. That counts... right?

I'd say I just do both but it just depends on the situation or mood.
Always volunteer...I don't want to wait for other people to tell me what to do! Haha. I am a go-getter. It has served me well in life.
I volunteer and it's gotten me into trouble more than once........(my boyfriend tells me I should just keep my mouth shut!)
little of both, but i'm always willing 2 help, whether i'm asked or not.
