I choose A) now that I've looked @ my heating bill. Also, I prefer 2 sleep w/ the heat turned down so I can take advantage of using three blankets.

if you cold, turn on your heater. i think thats what a heater is made for.
I live in S. California and it's currently 43deg now and I'm wearing a thick sweater and I'm not cold. So I usually choose A. I don't have a heater in this apartment so I turn on my electric stovetop for a few hours and it gets this studio apartment nice and warm in about 30 minutes. I WISH I had C!
A. until bedtime, then B..
I am sitting her with my sweats and a robe on while I wait for the electric blanket to preheat my bed because I am single.
