Start off going 1-2 times a week. Then after several weeks bump it up to 3-4 times. Ask about getting an orientation at your gym , you will feel more confident and it will prevent injury. The feeling you will get from getting on a regular exercise routine will be extremely rewarding. Good luck and Happy New Year!
No but im on a cheerleading team and i work out at him.It just as good = - )

I dont have to. It's awesome to be me. I love my high metabolism.
Yes, I was going to the "Y" 3 times a week until I got real busy in the beginning of December with my kids appointments, their birthdays and Christmas. I plan to start going this week but I injured my knee in martial arts so I have to wait till Friday to see what my doc says about my knee. But I at least want to go take Tai Chi tomorrow.
Lately not enough. I try to go at least a couple times a week during winter months.
;)
Uh, yea, well, about that....
I use to go about once a week,
on Tuesday after school,
but then I started soccer,
so I'm in shape, but then
I had to quit soccer because of
Mock Trial, but I'm still in shape,
but not for long...
my gym is in the basement. it has all the equipment i need.
no . never. my gym is in my room:
-i just use my body and 1 backpack full of books to use as weights. or a box full of books for lifting. then i may use ankle weights.
I have a pass, but I don't go as often as I should...I haven't gone at all since the Christmas break...after this, though, I'll probably go once/twice a week
I stopped going over christmas new year, I intend to start up once I get back into the groove..... I go 4 to 5 days per week for an hour at a time.....
I don't go to the gym, however I do work out every day, for minimally 40 minutes. Whether it is walking in my neighborhood or the treadmill, or by riding my stationary bike and a quick set of weights, I make sure I try and work out everyday doing SOMETHING!!!

Yes i do go to the gym... about 2-4 times a week depending on how much homework i have to do from school... or what times i am working after school...i have been going to the gym since i was 14 and i am now almost 18... and every year without fail... the gym gets packed with alot of people that i have never seen there before to start there new years resolution and again without fail only 2 out of like 40 new people stick it out for the rest of the time and once a month goes by its back to normal... it kinda gets annoying though that this happens....i did make my new years resolution from last year to drop 10 pounds... i play v ball ontop of going to the gym so i was always eating when i could.... i stopped eating so much and did more cardio then weight lifting... my new resolution is to get strong arms!
