Good old fashioned pan gravy, baby....yeah!!

You use the grease left after frying chicken, sausage, bacon, etc. I fry sausage and leave it in the pan for a biscuit and gravy breakfast, adding ingredients on top of the meat.

Add a little flour to grease and stir on medium heat, kind of like making a roux, and then when it darkens and starts to kind of cluster, pour milk until it reaches the desired thickness. Yummmmm. A secret ingredient for the best gravy is seasoned salt.
