Whats worse attending school or work?!
Question: I just turned 18 and will be working in couple of years. I cannt imagine how fun it is to work than to be at school. Is it truly fun to work or far worse than schooling?

i don't work. i'm still in school but, nonetheless, this is my opinion:
- school requires you to get up earlier than a job
- at work you get paid
- a lot of jobs don't make you take work home with you, school gives you homework
- longer lunch
- you can go to the bathroom pretty much whenever you want
- don't have to deal with people that are just there because they HAVE to be
i can think of more but don't feel like it. basically, from what i can see ... WORK IS BETTER THAN SCHOOL!
school because at least when you work you get paid
school is worse - work is better, you get paid for it
The only thing better about it is that you get paid for it.

work, because we don't get 3 months off
Well ive done both on the same day neither of them bother me your getting good stuff out of boht anyway...School: Education and smarts...Work : Money
They both suck. Unless you're doing something you love.
With school... meaning high school, your parents pay for everthing.. Once at work, that financial support is not there as much as before.. So school..
School is MUCH worse. I love my job. Just make sure you pursue a career in something you are interested in. Trust me, schools sucks.
Some work environments are better/more fun than others while school is always the same old thing.
I agree that working is better because there is money involved, but I have to admit that I had more fun when I was at school.
more fun to be at work. You get paid to be there, and the boss isn't always around like the teachers were
I had much more fun in school than I do at work. Some jobs can be more fun than others. In school you can fail and they won't kick you out. At work when you fail, you get fired.
work is worse.... eventhough you get paid for it... it is no fun and the consequences of skipping are much greater!!!!
Better because you get to earn money and in some jobs even make good friends. I have met some great people in the most unlikely places, and I think it's a greater learning experience than school.
I work full time and attend college full time, but I would much rather focus all of my energy on school. Work can be fun, if you like your job, but education is so much more important.
It depends if you enjoy learning more or working more. It's really an oddity to find a job that's "fun". You only really spend a few years at school (college, trade school), but you can spend 50+ years at a job. So as to what is more important for me is to find a job that's fun rather than find a school that's fun. I tried answering the question, but it is somewhat difficult to understand.
