Most definitely. When i go pee at 3 in the morning, i get a rude awakening when my bum touches the ice cold seat. Sucks.
Well, it depends on the season of the year, on the counrty you are (mountain, snow, cold) and on a contemptible detail: how much hot would be the toilette seat? I mean, not burning ... I hope!
