What was the first thing you ever cooked?!
Question: An omelet - I forgot to add the milk and seasoning, so tried to add it while it was in the pan - so the first thing I tried to cook was meant to be an omelet but turned out to be scrambled eggs!

I would have to say Spaghetti and Meatballs/smoked sausage, because its so simple now I'm an expert. Now I can cook all kinds of dishes, but I'll never forget that experience my mom took sick around that time and I had to cook for my brother and sister, my sister loved it.....LOL

One of the first things I can remember cooking is pinto beans. I barely covered them with water so I had to keep adding water--and every time I added water, I also added salt. Needless to say, those beans were the saltiest ever cooked--and I learned the hard way!
