mental health recovery from what? If you have a problem, don't count on ever being changed 100% mentally. You have too many predetermined thoughts .

I guess so. But the fact that I'm gay is the reason I have so much mental stress and, therefore, must mentally recover.

I had a sycotic episode 3 yrs ago. they don't call it nervous break down anymore. I am on meds for it and am doing pretty good. suffer from paranoidskitzophrenia, depression, anxiety, sleep disorder, suicidial tendencies, and adhd. I am doing as well as to be expected.
