Anyone ever deep fry a turkey?!
Question: I'm thinking of deep frying my turkey tomorrow, but am a little leery!
It's raining here now, so I'm thinking that operating a deep fryer out of door might not be a good idea.
Anyone care for a visit tomorrow to share in some turkey and comradere with a middle aged, friendly sort of guy? LOL

Use peanut oil. Sorry but, I think two middle-aged guys sitting around together would just blow each other's brains out (with a gun that is).
Ohhhh, soooo dangerous!!! Be careful!!
Be careful! The dog does not have a house now, because it was set too close!!!!

Enjoy 'Turkey Day'.
Have a lovely time.
Save us a drumstick or wing ... Goodnight from UK.
I understand that you are supposed to first fill the fryer with water and then put the turkey in. Then when the water is at the right level, you take the turkey out and see where the water level is. That is how much oil you will need to put in to keep it from flowing over and setting a fire. Be careful and bon appetit.
