I've mushroom hunting every november in the woods in Spain (not living there now) collecting Lactarius Deliciosus browny coloured with green staining on cap, and when you cut it it bleeds a carrot coloured dropletts. They can be large, very meaty texture. All the locals search for them, they are expensive to buy.
No, but only because I don't like morrels. I love other mushrooms, but not morrels.
