Do you find your circadian rhythms disturbed with the time change?!
Question: I have absolutely no rhythm. But the extra hour of sleep is nice. I think it's the decrease in daylight that gets to people.

Slightly disturbed for me, but the real disruption is with my 11 month old grandchild who has a specific bedtime and wakes up fairly close to the same time each morning. It will take awhile to get her adjusted.
Not really.
Naw... the time doesn't change where I live. I like it like that, it seems like a pain in the @ss to have to change your clocks twice a year.
