Let me word this different. We found this on the beach, what is it (picture belo!
Question: We found 4 of them together, all exactly the same except some variations in shade. They are not a crab leg as it is one solid peice with no joints (crab legs have joints in them and have a different texture). This seems like a bone or skeletal structure perhaps. It is as long as my hand and the hole would fit 3-4 adult thumbs. Here is a picture:

It looks to me to be the "thumb" of a claw. It seems turned a little funny and reminds me more of a cray fish claw than lobster. Obviously it's not cray-fish. There are huge lobsters out there, but it's strange you found four peices of exactly the same thing.
Can you post a picture from a different angle?
My dad was a lobster fisherman when I was a child, so don't think lobsters only come in the 1 lb size. I remember a lobster whose claws reached the edges of the kitchen table. It still seems to be curved a little goofy though.
it look like a tentecale
it's a lobster claw
looks like a peice of a giant lobster claw.
Looks like the mandible of some type of shark,
I had something like that sticking out of my head a few years ago.
It looks like a piece of a claw to me.
Well that's not a lobster claw, I can tell you that. It looks like a back vertebrate of something actually. Especially if you found 4 of them together. Still, I'm not 100% sure :)
