Absolutely. Every second second is dependent on the first second. We live in a chaotic world that is held together by super strings that connect everything together. The world is just a really big "Kevin Bacon" game where if you try hard enough everything can be linked to another. What we do, say, think, feel right at this moment decides a course of action for the next. This all happens constantly at the speed of life, which is immeasurably fast. It would be impossible to travel into the future due to this logic. We may be able to predict certain events with some accuracy due to trend analysis, that is we can make observations and predict events will stay the same if certain variables are met, but we will never be able to definitely predict anything with 100% aaccuracy. There are just to many variables to control, observe, or manipulate to make any attempt at controlling the future possible.
